Three pharmacy programs, one working philosophy: precision in the lab, discipline in the dispensary, and a campus built around both. PCI approved, affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences.
Jaipur College of Pharmacy trains dispensing chemists, formulation scientists, and hospital pharmacists across a 12-acre campus on Ajmer Road. The wet labs run six days a week; the herbarium behind the main block holds over 400 catalogued specimens used in our pharmacognosy practicals.
We keep classes small on purpose. Every batch works directly with senior faculty in the analysis and formulation labs from first year onward, rather than waiting until final year for hands-on time.
Graduates leave with a working command of pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and clinical practice — and a licence exam pass rate that has stayed above 90% for the last six years running.
A two-year foundation in pharmaceutics, biochemistry, and dispensing practice for students entering directly from Class 12.
Four years covering pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, and industrial pharmacy, with a final-year hospital internship.
Two-year specialisation in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacology, built around a supervised thesis and lab research placement.
Tablet, capsule, and syrup formulation benches used in practicals from second year onward.
400+ specimens for pharmacognosy, maintained by the botany and taxonomy faculty.
HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and dissolution testing apparatus for analysis coursework.
22,000-volume pharmacy library with current pharmacopoeias and journal access.
"We don't teach students to memorise the pharmacopoeia. We teach them to reach for it correctly, under pressure, at two in the morning."Dr. Meenakshi Rathore — Head, Department of Pharmaceutics
